  1. Ponemos a saltear el pollo cortado en bastones con chorro de aceite caliente, sellamos bien. Picamos la mitad del peperoncino y lo añadimos sin semillas. Ojo que es muy picante, luego de manipularlo hay que lavarse las manos.
  2. Añadimos la cebolla de verdeo, sal, condimentos elegidos, ciboulette picada, hebras de romero y el agua.
  3. Removemos y ponemos el orégano, salsa de tomate, vino, tomates cherry y rabanitos en rodajas. Los tomates los pueden poner enteros o a la mitad. Yo elegí enteros para que no se desarmaran. Integramos y dejamos cocinar tapado un rato a fuego medio.
  4. Cuando reduce bastante el líquido y se forma una salsa espesa podemos apagar.
    Nosotros acompañamos con arroz blanco.
