Incorporamos la salsa a las albóndigas y agregamos el laurel, la pimienta en grano y el caldo de carne, dejamos cocer hasta que las albóndigas queden tiernas, finalmente desleímos la maicena en un poco de agua fría y se añade a la cacerola, servirá para espesar la salsa y darle brillo, dejamos cocer un poco, probamos de sal y servimos.
