  1. Cortar la carne en trozos pequeños, picarla en la picadora y añadirla a un bol
  2. Picar los langostinos en la picadora y añadir al bol
  3. Lavar y escurrir las setas si procede, picarlas en la picadora y añadirlas al bol
  4. Añadir al bol la maicena, la salsa de ostras, la salsa de soja, el jengibre, el aceite, la pimienta y la sal.
  5. Remover todo muy bien hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y pegajosa
  6. Tapar el bol con un film y reservar en nevera durante 1 hora
  7. Tras el tiempo de reposo, poner una cucharada de mezcla en el centro de una oblea. Entonces hay que ir cerrando la mano y con movimientos giratorios ir formando un saquito abierto. La forma más fácil de conseguirlo es poner la mano en forma de "O", colocar la oblea encima y enrollar con los dedos.
  8. Repetir el paso anterior con todas las obleas
  9. Picar el trozo de zanahoria en cuadraditos y decorar cada saquito con uno de ellos.
  10. En un cestillo de bambú o en cualquier recipiente para cocinar al vapor, poner papel de horno perforado en la base y los saquitos encima.
  11. Cocinar al vapor de 8 a 10 minutos a fuego medio
