- Salpimentamos las pechugas de pollo. Reservamos
- En un Plato hondo, cascamos el huevo y lo batimos un poco y ponemos sal y pimienta al gusto, añadimos la harina de trigo poco a poco y mezclamos, cuando quede que no podemos remover bien le pondremos poco a poco agua. Hasta obtener una mezcla espesita, pero tampoco en exceso, ya que esto es la tempura para rebozar el pollo. Reservamos
- Ahora los 25g de Maizena, la vamos a diluir muy bien el el zumo de limón. Reservamos
- En una sartén ponemos aceite de oliva, esperamos a que se caliente y vamos rebozando las pechugas de pollo en la tempura y friéndolas hasta que estén bien doraditas. Cuando estén lo sacaremos a un papel absorbente de cocina para quitar el exceso de aceite. Reservamos.
- En un cazo o olla, vamos a poner los 200ml de agua y la pastilla de caldo de pollo y esperamos a que se derrita la pastilla. Ponemos también el zumo de Limón con la maicena y el azúcar. Mezclamos constantemente hasta que la salsa espese y nos quede de un color transparente. Tendreis que ir probando como esta de acida ya que depende de la calidad de el limón, si queda muy ácido ponemos un poco más de azúcar si fuese necesario.
- Cortamos las pechugas haciendo rajas en ellas y las vamos colocando en un plato. Ponemos por encima la salsa de limón y opcionalmente decoramos con una rodajitas de limón! Listo.
