- Preparar la carne: en un bol pones la carne picada con todas las especias que te de la gana poner. mezclar todo con la mano si eso
- A sofreír primero el ajo luego la cebolla. cuando este blanducha echas la zanahoria y el tomate y a los 2 minutos o así echas la carne picada. es un mazacote que tienes que ir troceando con la cuchara
