- 20 gr. sal
- 2 huevos
- 480 ml leche

- Preparamos todo lo necesario, luego en un bol colocamos la harina, sal, azúcar, levadura, mezclamos, en el centro ponemos la manteca y con las manos, vamos formando una mezcla, luego agregamos los huevos y con una cuchara o espátula vamos mezclando
- Luego vamos agregando de a poco la leche, para luego amasar y dejar en reposo la masa por unos 30 minutos, hasta eso vamos cortando bastoncitos de queso, yo usé el queso para sándwich, el largo de unos 5 a 8 cm de lago por uno de ancho, ya que la masa debe ser tres veces más larga que los bastoncitos
- Lista la masa, la estiramos e a poco y medimos el largo de tres bastoncitos y procedemos a cortar, luego vamos a enrollar la masa sobre el queso, yo moje un poquitito la masa con leche para que se adhiera mejor
- Una vez enrollado, calentamos el aceite y procedemos a freír, los primeros salieron en vianda para el trabajo de mi señora con un colchón de ensalada rusa y los restantes fueron atendidos por mi niños y mis niños, muy rica la masa, me encanto, ahora voy a preparar unas empanadas con la misma
- Les cuento, que hay que unirlas bien, porque se nos escapa el queso, jaja, pero con el sabor de la masa, es lo de menos
