La berenjena es una verdura que nunca he comido mucho, siempre me resultó difícil incorporarla a mis comidas. Hace unos días vi esta receta en la tele, aunque ya la conocía, y me encantó, me animé y la hice, quedaron súper livianitas y sabrosas, las hice para mis papás y quedé como una reina!!!!

- 2 berenjenas
- c/n Azúcar
- 1 huevo
- c/n Pan rallado
- Condimentos a gusto
- c/n Salsa de tomate
- Quedó cremoso a gusto

- Lavamos y pelamos nuestras berenjenas. Las cortamos en láminas de aproximadamente de 5 mm de espesor. Espolvorear azúcar de los dos lados de la lámina y dejamos reposar aproximadamente 1/2 hora. (Este paso es para quitarle el amargor a la berenjena)

- Luego de un rato vamos a ver qué se ponen blandas y pierden bastante agua, las escurrimos y las secamos un poquito.
- En un bowl preparamos un huevo batido y condimentamos a gusto, sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo, provenzal, pimentón, lo que nos guste.

- Pasamos la berenjena por el huevo, y luego por el pan rallado. Le damos unos golpecitos para que se enpanen bien.



- Así hasta conpletar todas las láminas. Ahora aceitamos una bandeja y las colocamos una al lado de la otra. Y las llevamos al horno para dorarse.



- Las doramos de un lado y del otro. Colocamos la salsa de tomate, si querés la podés entibiar un poco antes así tarda menos en calentarse, y queso cremoso a gusto. Nuevamente lo llevamos al horno hasta que gratine.



- Dependiendo el horno lo vamos a calentar por 20 min aproximadamente, lo retiramos y listo este platazo riquísimo!!! Ahora soy una fanática de las berenjenas a la napolitana 😋😍👏🏽
