- Mientras pelar las papas y cortar las verduras (yo usé congelada). Dar vuelta la carne y dorar también varios minutos de ese lado! Agregar sal y condimentos a gusto yo solo usé orégano. Cocinar en otra cacerola con agua y sal las papas hasta que estén tiernas.



- En un sartén agregar apenas aceite y rehogar la cebolla y el morrón! Luego de eso agregar la carne y el agua tibia y cocinar hasta que esté listo! Condimentar a gusto. Para saber si está cocido pueden cortar un trozo al medio y ver como va ! Lo ideal es que quede en su punto justo ni demasiado cocido ni crudo! Cuando estén las papas hacer el puré agregar la manteca y la leche, mezclar bien! Servir con un trozo de carne y ponerle las verduras encima
