AquĂ­ en donde vivo es comĂșn que realicen ventas de esta cazuela a beneficio de club de fĂștbol o para escuelas o cooperativas de viviendas pero no se compara el sabor de prepararla uno en casa! ademĂĄs varias veces que comprĂ© te dan puro jugo y con suerte te tocan varias tiras de mondongo😏. Hace unos dĂ­as vi la receta de @juanal280455 y me tentĂł muchĂ­simo aunque tuviera que comer 5 dĂ­as yo sola me decidĂ­ a prepararla đŸ€­. SaliĂł bastante cantidad y como su receta no llevaba papa me vino ideal para realizar varias viandas y frezzar! Les comparto el paso a paso por si gustan hacerla

  1. 1 kilo y medio mondongo
  2. 1 patita de cerdo en trozos
  3. 1 morrĂłn rojo chico
  4. 1 cebolla
  5. 1 zanahoria

  8. 1 cubo caldo de verdura
  9. 1 rueda Chorizo (use tipo casero)
  10. 1 lata garbanzos
  11. 1 lata porotos de manteca

  1. En la cacerola mĂĄs grande que tengo cocine el mondongo y la patita en suficiente agua caliente sin sal! A mĂ­ me llevĂł 1 hora y algo aprox.. luego cuando casi estaba tierno el mondongo apague el fuego y deje reposar un poco en la cacerola, luego sacar y cortar en tiras. Reservar
  2. Rehogar en apenas aceite la cebolla y el morrón con el chorizo picado en trozos. Luego de ver algo dorado agregar el mondongo y la patita. Yo agregué la zanahoria también porque me había olvidado de ponerla antes.
  3. Agregar agua caliente el caldo de verdura y salsa de tomate a gusto. Es mejor poner de a poco para no pasarse de salsa y quede muy fuerte de sabor. Vayan probando el sabor y corrijan de sal y los condimentos también. Siempre revisen el caldo que no se vaya a quedar muy seca y ademås se puede pegar en el fondo, cada tanto hay que revolver. Lavar bien los garbanzos y porotos debajo del agua y escurrir.
  4. Cuando casi estĂ© lista la cazuela agregamos los garbanzos y porotos y mezclamos bien. Apagamos el fuego y lista para disfrutarđŸ€€. Con esos ingredientes podrĂ­an comer fĂĄcil 8 personas le calculo mĂĄs o menos para que tengan una idea!
  5. Yo puse en tĂĄper varias porciones y guardĂ© en el frezzer! Si ponen papas no es recomendable llevar al frezzer ya que la papa cambia mucho su textura luego de descongelar. Si la llegan a probar me encantarĂĄ ver su foto🙏
