- Los dejé enfriar en su misma agua. Al estar a buena temperatura, los saqué y con un poco de su jugo, puse las patatas a cocer 20 minutos.
Mientras tanto corté el pulpo en rodajitas y lo aparté.
Al pasar el tiempo, corté las patatas a rodajas en un plato, les añadí el aceite de oliva virgen extra más el pimentón de La Vera picante y la sal gruesa. - Las patatas en el plato, coloqué el pulpo encima con más aceite de oliva virgen extra con sal y pimentón de La Vera picante.
