  1. Poner la sal junto a la harina. Una cucharada sopera de sal.
  2. Después añadimos la manteca de cerdo. Yo la tengo líquida, pero la podéis poner a temperatura ambiente.
  3. Añadimos el agua.
  4. Dejamos reposar la masa un rato.
  5. Ahora vamos a preparar el relleno:
  6. Ponemos aceite de oliva y un poquito de manteca de cerdo en la sartén.
  7. Añadimos la cebolla, movemos y agregamos el pimiento rojo. Una vez que lo tenemos le ponemos sal. Lo dejamos reducir y que quede transparente.
  8. Agregamos el pollo, que ya está cocido, solamente para que se integre y coja sabor de las verduras.
  9. Le ponemos la pimienta y el comino.
  10. Le ponemos un poquito de pimentón y seguido le ponemos un poquito de líquido para que cuando reduzca quede el relleno más jugoso.
  11. Agregamos las aceitunas.
  12. Añadimos los 4 huevos duros.
  13. Estiramos la masa.
  14. Ponemos el relleno y luego la llevamos al horno.
  15. Este es el resultado.
