- En una cacerola ponemos un chorrito de aceite y freímos la cebolla y el ajo ya acitronada la retiramos y vertemos el licuado del tomate, dejamos hervir 5 minutos, luego la mezcla de la pepita bajando el fuego y moviendo constantemente para que no se pegue, ya con espesor a su gusto agregamos la carne movemos para integrar dejamos 1 minuto y apagamos
