  2. Les agregas agua suficiente y pones a cocer en una olla grande. A fuego alto y luego reduces a medio. Les agregas sal al gusto.
  3. Partes en piezas el tocino y lo pones a cocinar, cuando ya comenzó a dorar agregas las salchichas en rebanadas, al mismo tiempo puedes poner la longaniza, a que se vallan cocinando juntos estos ingredientes.
  4. Agregas el ajo, la cebolla, el chile en rodajas, el tomate en cubos, y comienzas a percivir lo que es todo aquella mezcla.
  5. Dejas pasar unos dos minutos y agregas los frijoles que ya deven de estar cocidos, con suficiente caldo, y mezclas perfectamente. A unos minutos antes de apagar agregas el cilantro picado, previamente desinfectado y apagas y listo. En 45 minutos tendrás estos ricos "Frijoles Charros".
  6. Puedes acompañar como guarnición, diferentes platos, o simplemente solos, así tal cual!!! Calientes son una delicia!!!
